Shipping policy

Flat rate shipping is available across Canada for $14.00.  Orders above $200 will ship at no cost, across Canada.  For shipping to U.S., please see rates available at checkout.  If you have special shipping requests or need express shipping, please contact us for quote.  

Most of our bags are made on made to order basis.  This means that your bag is not made until order is processed.  For this reason, processing time is two weeks.  At holidays this could be closer to three weeks.  If you are on a tight timeline, please let us know in advance of ordering and we will do our best to accommodate!

Items that are ‘ready to ship’ will be shipped within two days of ordering.
